COLORS XL 105-5 + L 5 INKS + WD VARNISH

Printing with Pantone mixed ink is made by Pantone Formula Guede color chart. In some cases, coloring is subject to approval by the Customer.

In the presses, XL 105-5+L, XL 105-6+L it is possible to apply water-dispersion varnish (glossy or mat), or aromatic varnish (water-dispersion) from the coating unit in a single pass with printing.

In the presses XL 105-5+L, XL 105-6+L it is possible to print with flavored varnish (oil) in a single pass with CMYK printing.

COATING CAN BE MADE WITH GLOSSY AND MAT UV VARNISH. SPOT UV COATING IS PERFORMED WITH THE SPECIAL FORM (FOLEX)

The size of the coated elements (length x width) must be at least (4x4 mm). The element for the spot coating is subject to agreement with the OGT. The spot coating files are made by the customer. The information on the size of the files and correctness of production thereof can be obtained from the prepress staff.

OPTION – PFF MODULE ON WEB PRESS

PFF module - enables the manufacture of products (covers, patches) cut in A4 size, receive printed from one printed impression four separate signatures of 4 pages (Figure 1) or two signatures of 8 pages (Figure 2) at using the full-width paper web (roll) (965 mm).

Possible to use the coated and non-coated paper with 55 to 115 g/m2 weight

OPTION – SHEET DELIVERY OF THE WEB PRINTING PRESS

This option allows obtaining the printed material in the form of the sheets on the web press, and not in the form of the folded signatures. This option allows printing magazine covers on the web press with the performance of 6-8 times more than on the sheet press.

Possible UV coating of impressions after the sheet delivery. The term of manufacturing of the products at coating of the impressions after the sheet delivery increases by 3 days. UV coating: continuous and spot coating with the gloss or mat UV varnish.

The impressions after sheet delivery can be folded on the buckle folder by all possible types of folding described below, depending on the paper weight and technical characteristics and features of the folders.
