Before preparing the files for printing, it is necessary to familiarize yourself with the technical requirements. Strict adherence to the requirements will save you from the majority of errors and warnings related to uploading the files through the file submission system, it will greatly facilitate your work on transferring the layout to the print house, and also prevent the appearance of defects in the process of printing due to improper preparation of the files.

If you are an edition manager or a person who does not perform prepress, download and send these requirements to your employees in charge, prepress specialists, and advertising clients who prepare for you the ready layouts of advertising pages, for thorough and in-depth reading.

The questions on technical requirements and ambiguities in understanding thereof shall be settled with the chief process engineer’s department (CPED) strictly before submitting the files. Contact your manager in the print house for such consultation.
