The JSC Polygraphic Complex “Pushkinskaya Ploshchad” is the largest printing company in Russia, the power of which is great experience in the market of web and sheet-fed offset printing. The main specialization of the complex is aimed at production of colored newspapers, glossy magazines and promotional materials of high quality. Our suppliers

A German company Heidelberg/GOSS is a general equipment supplier of the complex, which is the worldwide leader of printing machinery production.

PCPP is the owner of the largest SST line base of Heilderberg in Europe, there are 10 lines in total, in addition, we have installed several sheet folding machines.

All glue-perfect binding lines (GPB) are represented by the best-known German company Kolbus.

We have got the copy-by-copy lines that are represented by such companies, as: SITMA (Italy), KALLFASS (Germany), BUHRS (Netherlands) and TAURASFENIX (Russia).

We work with the largest paper suppliers in Europe: SAPPI, UPM, Stora, Enso, Holmen.

As well as the Russian suppliers: Kama, Volga and Kondopoga.

The inks and consumables of the leading suppliers are used at production of printed materials: Flint Group and Sun Chemical.

Our capabilities

• Print of graphic products of various sizes: А3 to mini-format;
  
• Print of complex editions with the use of many grades of paper with different ink limits;
  
• Web print on paper 35g/m2 to 170 g, as well as on board, including the roll board;
  
• Availability of sheet delivery – capability of web-fed print of the covers;
  
• Back gluing and stapling in the printing press with the following 3-side trimming allows obtaining a finished product from the printing press reducing time and expense of printing the materials;
  
• Finishing of any complexity: coating, including with the use of aromatized and sampled varnishes, lamination, any kinds of folding, punch, etc.;
  
• Copy-by-copy product packing
  

Process automation

We have automated all the processes of preparation for the production cycle, including the opening of the order, delivery and testing of the input materials, which allowed us to eliminate errors and speed up the process of prepress.

Today, highly automated equipment is used at the production site – all works are carried out on the highest professional level with a minimum participation of workers.

Social responsibility and compliance with international labor standards

In 2014, the JSC Polygraphic Complex «Pushkinskaya Ploshchad» received authorization of production facility and products (FAMA) from the Walt Disney Company. The authorization proves that the production facility of JSC Polygraphic Complex «Pushkinskaya Ploshchad» complies with the international labor standard program (the ILS program) of the Walt Disney Company,, developed for the purpose of creating safe, open and uniting labor environment wherever the products of the Walt Disney Company are manufactured. The validity of authorization is verified on an annual basis in the form of ILS social audits.

Environmental policy of the complex

The JSC Polygraphic Complex “Pushkinskaya Ploshchad” circulates business responsibly and pays special attention to environmental safety. Production activities are carried out in full compliance with the environmental legislation of the Russian Federation.

• LED lamps are installed at our enterprise, which do not contain harmful substances and provide energy saving.
  
• Eco – box system is installed in the printing equipment, which heats the water and enterprise facilities due to hot exhaust gas.
  
• All web presses are equipped with the exhaust gas afterburning system, thereby reducing discharge of pollutants into the environment.
  
• Industrial waste is transferred for the use, processing and recycling to the companies licensed to operate in the field of waste management.
  
• A special evaluation of the working conditions was conducted in the workplaces in accordance with the requirements of Article 212 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation and the Federal Law No 426-FZ “On special assessment of labor conditions”.
  

Our contribution to charity

Since 2014, PCPP is trying to pay greater attention to the issues of charity. The Company provided financing for the construction of the first full-fledged children’s hospice in Moscow “The Lighthouse Children’s Hospice”. The construction of the hospice should end in 2017 under the patronage of the Charity Foundation “Vera”.

At the beginning of each year, a calendar of advanced courses is made for the printing house personnel, and the courses end with exams and issuance of certificates of assigned category.

We are actively cooperating with the leading polygraphic educational institutions of the capital, attracting students for training and practice, and many of them stay to work at our complex.
