In March 2019, Printing House “Pushkinskaya Ploshchad” put five color printing web press into commercial operation. The line is based on the upgraded HEIDELBERG M600 web press with five ink units. The press is equipped with dryers of two types – a hot air dryer and an LED UV-dryer providing for printing using both conventional HeatSet inks, and LED UV inks.

The line is equipped with the JetWeb UV Coater providing for full scale or spot application of LED UV-varnishes on one side of the web and the VITS Rotocut HS QRO sheeter. It’s the second five color printing press based on the M600 web press commissioned at Printing House “Pushkinskaya Ploshchad”. The first one was put into operation in May 2013 and was also equipped with an extra 5^th printing unit and the VITS QRO sheeter.

At present the printers have completely mastered methods of printing using various inks, including Pantone mixable inks.

The lines are suitable for printing on 45 - 300 g/m² paper and on up to 235 g/ m² cardboard.
